Integrity Timber Frame can help you build your cabin fast and cost-efficient. Our timber frame cabin kits are prefabricated. We pre-cut and sand the Douglas Fir #1 premium grade timbers and fabricate the structural insulated wall and roof panels (SIPs) in manufacturing facilities offsite. Prefabrication leads to a quicker build time and a more energy-efficient cabin. We ship your cabin kit directly to your building site.
When you hear the term ‘cabin kit,’ it simply refers to a prefabricated cabin. Our cabin kits are made of SIPs walls and roof panels and include Pella windows and doors. Using our process, you will have your prefab cabin shell dried in only a few days minimizing your home’s exposure to the weather. Prefabrication virtually eliminates drafts and helps you save energy dollars.

The ability to precisely cut timber frames using CNC machinery, structural insulated panels (SIPs), and interior wall framing in a climate-controlled environment allows for more complicated cuts and reduces the number of errors.
As a result, our contemporary home design kits come in various sizes and styles—from cabins at less than 1,000 SF to homes with more than 4,000 SF. With a contemporary home design, our priority is on openness, efficiency, and functionality.
Modern farmhouse design takes the comfortable, relaxed farmhouse style. However, it adds modern touches such as smooth lines, glossy accents, and neutral color schemes. It’s less rustic, more sophisticated, and uses contemporary stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and sleek lighting. We take this one step further and add exposed timbers, which are the perfect transition from the traditional rustic home to a more modern, contemporary structure. Like our other collections, the modern farmhouse collection uses structural insulated panels (SIPs) for enhanced energy efficiency and sustainability.
