By purchasing a set of plans, you are purchasing a single-use license to build. This license gives you the legal right to construct one house from the plans. Construction of the plans beyond a single residence and modification (and) or reproduction of the design without Integrity Timber Frames written permission violates this copyright.

 

RETURN POLICY (Industry Standard)

 

Due to the copyright law listed above and the inherent risk of the illegal reproduction of our intellectual property, any plans purchased through the Integrity Timber Frame website (https://www.integritytimberframe.com/) may not be returned for credit or refunded under any circumstances once the order has been processed. Please review the contents of your cart before checking out. You can always call us with any questions at (888)731-4299.

 

BUILDING CODES

 

PDF Set Plans – Our PDF Set Plans may not comply with the zoning laws and regulations set in place by your local jurisdiction. Please do your own research with the building department in the county in which you’ll be building. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and builder to see that the structure is built to meet local code requirements. Customer hereby indemnifies and holds Integrity Timber Frame, LLC., its principals, employees, and agents, harmless from any claim, loss, or liability resulting from the failure of the plans to comply with local zoning laws or regulations or for any other breach of this Agreement attributable in whole or in part to Customer or its builder.

 

Engineered Plans – If you purchase our Engineer Set Plans, your plans will be delivered with a structural engineer stamp of approval within an average of  4 to 6 weeks. Plans do not include Mechanical Details such as heating and plumbing. Mechanical plans are to be provided by a licensed sub-contractor in your area. Therefore, the Customer hereby indemnifies and holds Integrity Timber Frame, LLC., its principals, employees, and agents, harmless from any claim, loss, or liability resulting from the failure of the plans to comply with local zoning laws or regulations or for any other breach of this Agreement attributable in whole or in part to Customer or its builder and sub-contractors. 

 

Integrity Timber Frame LLC is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Customer to meet the local code & construction requirements.
