Beavercreek Timber Cabin

Many of our cabin kits push the “small home” envelope, but we might have crossed the line with the Beavercreek by adding a garage. Adding a garage to this floor plan doesn’t take away from its rustic charm. Instead, it only increases functionality and possibilities. Partially inspired by our Silverthorne cabin kit, the Beavercreek shares similar lines, but has a garage—a highly requested amenity from our customers.

The Timber Frame Cabin With A Garage

Are you seeking a cabin kit that is modest in size but has all of the features of a small home? Look no further than the Beavercreek cabin. One glance will prove that this design is more than an “over-nighter.” From the covered outdoor spaces, indoor/outdoor fireplace to the open floor plan and loft—this two-story design delivers on all aspects of value and function. The addition of a garage enabled us to expand the second floor of this timber cabin’s floor plan and add a bedroom and bathroom, making it perfect for a vacation rental.

The cost to build our TruFit Kit Homes depends on a variety of different factors. Get in touch with an ITF project manager to better understand how your site location, architectural design, choice of finish, and local labor rates will impact the cost to build in your area. Call Now (888)731-4299
