The Washoe Valley Timber Frame Home Kit offers a turn-key solution for lovers of timber frame homes and the classic style of a traditional craftsman. Blending style and space, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home kit is designed for casual living and entertaining. Its rustic charm and country style will withstand the test of time. The Washoe Valley kit features exposed heavy timbers in the great room and covered porch, with a vaulted ceiling and open concept, epitomizing style and class. The 3 car garage on the lower level opens into a spacious and secluded home office with climate-controlled indoor storage, a full restroom, and a luxurious wine cellar. Spiral stairs lead you from the expansive open living area on the main level up to the loft which can be purposed as space for relaxation, or utilized as a bedroom depending on what suits your family best.
