Mountain Home Design

The Sawtooth

Like the rugged Sawtooth Mountain range in Idaho, this stunning timber home kit is sprawling and uncompromising.

The trussed covered entry draws you directly into an open living area, while large timbers overhead speak of a tradition that’s tried and true. Step down the hallway that leads to a 3 bedroom sleeping wing with a den or optional 4th bedroom, and a master bedroom with an oversized ensuite. A large kitchen flows through the dining and out to a generous outdoor covered space spanning the entire width of the home, perfect for entertaining guests or a relaxing evening alone. With a large 3-car garage and plenty of storage throughout—this timber home kit is thoughtfully designed from the floor plan to detailed aesthetic features.

Timber Home Kit

The Sawtooth is a very practical timber home kit that offers the luxury and amenities found in larger, more expensive home kits—but at less cost. There are also a number of ways to easily value-engineer this floor plan to get more bang for your buck—depending on your lifestyle, family size, and stage in life. Ranch-style homes are more popular than ever and they are becoming a rare find on the market due to the economies of building up. A ranch-style home is easier and more cost-effective to maintain, and builders prefer building them.

The cost to build our TruFit Kit Homes depends on a variety of different factors. Get in touch with an ITF project manager to better understand how your site location, architectural design, choice of finish, and local labor rates will impact the cost to build in your area. Call Now (888)731-4299
