Modern Farmhouse

The Prairie

At first glance, this modern farmhouse design oozes curb appeal: a full-length front porch, gable dormers, and a lofted garage set the tone for the residence. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath modern farmhouse design is a cozy take on a classic American style. Designed using our TruFit™ System, select heavy timbers, and most efficient structural insulated panels, the Prairie has been updated to meet aggressive environmental standards set today—and in the years to come.

Inside, you are instantly greeted with a set of stairs that offset the great room. Along the staircase is a short hallway leading toward a powder room as it passes the master suite and onto the nook and kitchen. Beyond the kitchen, a door to the utility room will lead you to either the 2-car garage or a large bonus room above, with plenty of space. Above the main residence, the second level offers 2 additional bedrooms along with a Jack and Jill bathroom—perfect for siblings or guests alike.

The cost to build our TruFit Kit Homes depends on a variety of different factors. Get in touch with an ITF project manager to better understand how your site location, architectural design, choice of finish, and local labor rates will impact the cost to build in your area. Call Now (888)731-4299
