The Diamond Peak

Grand, breathtaking, modern, creative, and still a bit rustic. This modern timber floor plan can be described in many words. The gable and shed roofs work together to create multiple elevations and unsurpassed style in this 4 bed, 4.5 bath residence. The Diamond Peak is a showcase home that has all of the details you’d expect—and more. When you step inside, you realize this modern timber home floor plan is anything but typical.

Modern Timber Home Floor Plan

The main living area is thoughtfully separated by a 4-sided fireplace, creating an ambiance rarely experienced. An extra-large kitchen, anchored by a generous island and spacious pantry is sure to make any chef jealous. Seclusion abounds in the master suite, which has all of the luxury and comforts desired. The non-descript garage is creatively placed as to not take from the beauty of this modern timber home floor plan, but rather add to the interest. Above the garage is a workspace and office, as well as a full bath and guest bedroom. This space is entirely flexible and could easily accommodate separate living quarters. The Diamond Peak is chock full of our premium timbers, making this a truly magnificent home.
