The Cascadia

Much like the Cascadia region of the Pacific Northwest, this post and beam home kit is large and offers unparalleled beauty all around. The base design contains 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths with a Den that can flex into a 4th bedroom. The Cascadia has a sweeping layout that creates a complex and elegant look on the exterior.

Post And Beam Home Kit

A 3 car garage yields to a nice sized utility room before entering into the open kitchen and great room. The master suite is second to none, filled with abundance and large, heavy timbers that create a comfortable place to rest. Upstairs you’ll travel along with the open loft, overseeing the great room as you head toward second-level living. The second level can easily convert to an entirely separate residential unit or leave as-is for a complete family settlement.
