Custom Home Design

Custom Design Options

At Integrity Timber Frame, we provide innovative custom house plans for new construction projects across the United States. Our architectural services include the design of contemporary, traditional mountain style, and farmhouse style homes from as small as 400 square feet to over 10,000 square feet.

When you choose to work with our designers on a custom home design, we start from the ground up to provide professionally drawn plans that precisely fit your goals. Our engineers provide the required structural drawings with the design, so you will have everything you need to begin building your home.

Once completed, we can prefabricate a kit of building materials, where each component is precision cut according to your design. The kit ultimately helps streamline the construction process while also reducing material and energy waste.

Not everyone chooses Integrity for our building materials. But, every project has to start with a design and if you decide to build; you’ll need engineered custom house plans. We’re confident that once you begin working with us, we’ll be your choice when it comes to supplying you with the highest-quality products for your build. But that’s entirely up to you.

REASONS YOU MIGHT WANT A PLAN ONLY

  2. You may have a builder already lined up and just need the design so he can provide you an estimate. Perfect.
  3. You like our designs, but just want to start from scratch. We can help you stay within budget

Choosing to start with one of our pre-designed floor plans or a custom house design allows you to work at your own pace and move forward when the time is right—either with another materials provider, general contractor, or us.
