Our contemporary floor plans focus on openness, efficiency, and functionality. You’ll find more user-defined living, and flex spaces than you’ll find in our other floor plans. This is to help accommodate our ever-changing environment.
Read MoreWhile there is no clear definition of what constitutes contemporary architecture, it represents a range of present-day building styles that look radically different from past trends. Contemporary home design is possible thanks to myriad innovations in building materials and techniques.
Prefabrication is one such innovation that aids in the advancement of contemporary design. The ability to precisely cut timber frames using CNC machinery, structural insulated panels (SIPs), and interior wall framing in a climate-controlled environment allows for more complicated cuts and reduces the number of errors.
As a result, our contemporary home design kits come in various sizes and styles—from cabins at less than 1,000 SF to homes with more than 4,000 SF. With a contemporary home design, our priority is on openness, efficiency, and functionality.
